We are looking for a Resources Planner to join our team, the preferred location is Cb. Sto Agostinho, Brazil but candidates in Manaus and Rio de Janeiro will be considered as well.

Your work tasks and responsibilities will include

  • Delivers timely and accurate administrative services to support field service operations.
  • Maintains and updates records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with processes.
  • Assists in the coordination of field service activities, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Responds to stakeholder and customer inquiries, providing information and resolving routine issues.
  • Supports the implementation of new administrative processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
  • Contributes to team efforts by providing assistance and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Ensure the best use and availability of the Field Service personnel encompassing required coordination.
  • Resource availability and Utilization in PB.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal details as appropriate.
  • Cooperate with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support booking the training needs for the resources.
  • Meets personal targets and deadlines, working independently with minimal supervision and organizing own workload.
  • Reviews and support to corrects issues in current procedures, giving input to process improvement.
  • Provides support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, and organizes own workload to meet targets.
  • Deals with a wide range of internal and external enquiries, explaining established approaches and practices. Builds professional networks.
  • In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties within their capabilities which may result from changing circumstances.

Requirements

Education:

  • B.Sc. in Engineering / Marine Engineer Class 1 or equivalent from a reputed university/institution, completed or in progress.

Experience:

  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Possesses sound operational knowledge and full understanding of systems, tools, and procedures in own work area.

Other skills:

  • Communication. Intermediate English proficiency. Spanish will be a plus.
