Verstärke uns am Standort Hannover als Teamassistenz (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20-25h/Woche)
Du unterstützt das Team bei
- allen anfallenden Bürotätigkeiten und der externen Kommunikation (mündlich und schriftlich)
- der Archivierung von Dokumenten und Pflege der Vertragsdatenbank
- der Reisekostenabrechnung und Rechnungskontrolle
- der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Verwaltung des Fuhrparks
- beim Zahlungsverkehr und Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung für die Niederlassung
- der Beschaffung von Büro-, Ge- und Verbrauchsmaterialen
Dein Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen aus ähnlichen Tätigkeiten
- Organisationsgeschick und eine selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Angenehmes und sicheres Auftreten sowie gute Umgangsformen
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
