The Performance Management & Intelligence team within the Renewable Generation Assets Platform is looking to strengthen its capabilities by hiring a Senior Performance Management Specialist.

What you will do

Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks and projects across Renewables Generation Assets Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and organizational capability development.

  • Performance Management Strategy & Governance
    • Define and maintain performance management methodology for RGA aligned with platform standards.
    • Ensure consistency and compliance across all plants and geographies.
  • Project Management & Delivery
    • Lead transversal performance management projects.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
  • Data & Analytics
    • Consolidate operational performance data; ensure accuracy and integrity.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset performance and workforce productivity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the coordination point between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify gaps and propose enhancements to performance management processes, tools, and governance.
    • Benchmark best practices and integrate them into RGA operating model.
  • Key Deliverables
    • Annual assets performance management cycle.
    • KPI dashboards and reporting packs for Management Team and operational leaders.
    • Standardized performance review templates and guidelines.
    • Change management and communication plans for new processes/tools.

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or other areas of training relevant to the position.
  • 5+ years in Performance Management, Intelligence or Analytical roles:
    • Experience in energy/utilities or asset-intensive industries preferred.
    • Proven track record in managing transversal projects across multiple geographies.
  • Strong project management skills (PMO experience preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of performance management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with assets' operations and KPIs is a plus.
  • On-time delivery of performance management projects.
  • Accuracy and completeness of KPI reporting.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Reduction in process exceptions and improvement in cycle efficiency.
