MASSELIN est une entreprise du groupe VINCI spécialisée dans les travaux d'électricité industrielle et tertiaire. Engagée dans une démarche de qualité et de sécurité, elle intervient sur des projets d'envergure dans le respect des normes environnementales et réglementaires.
Missions
Intégré(e) au sein du service QSE, vous accompagnerez les deux responsables du service dans leurs missions quotidiennes. Votre rôle principal sera de particper à la charge administrative liée aux activités de sécurité, qualité et environnement.
À ce titre, vos missions pourront inclure :
- La gestion et le suivi de documents administratifs liés à la sécurité (fiches de sécurité, registres, rapports d'audit, etc.)
- La mise à jour de tableaux de bord et indicateurs QSE
- L'organisation et l'archivage de dossiers
- La préparation de supports pour les réunions ou les formations internes
- La participation à la rédaction de comptes rendus ou de procédures
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en formation administrative, gestion ou QSE
- Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome
- À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Intérêt pour les thématiques liées à la sécurité et à l'environnement
