Job Description
Do you bring wind industry experience and solid Vestas turbine knowledge? Are you ready to supervise and optimize project preparation and project handover on-site? Then this role is your next career step.
The Onshore Execution North are a part of Installation & Commissioning in Vestas Northern Central Europe. Our team manages and executes onshore projects in the North region. We work closely together with the NCE Construction departments, and we handle the projects from preparation to execution and handover to service, set the strategy for how to execute projects incl. readiness and scalability for the future market demands. Supporting sales activities, concept development and ensuring optimization of project packages are also part of our task scope. We are now looking for our next Lead Supervisor to join the team.
Responsibilities
The Lead Supervisor role will be involved in the projects involving sites with over 10 turbines and/or with a complexity where an overall coordinating and managerial supervisor role is needed. The main tasks include
- Managerial supervision of high number/complex site projects
- Overall coordinating responsibilities
- Involved in the planning of the site execution minimum three months prior to kick-off
- Making sure that tools and consumables are ordered to specific site
- Prepare documentation prior to kick-off
- Installation progress and handover to commissioning teams
Qualifications
We believe that you have the following experience
- Technical background for example, mechanical or electrical
- Wind industry experience
- Good technical knowledge of Vestas turbines
- Working several years as Supervisor on Vestas turbine installations.
- HSE, quality and customer relations experience
- Good IT skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and SAP)
- Fluent in English

Additional information
