Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that we follow the FS processes and implement GFS strategy.
- You will be responsible for recruitment and competence development within the GFS India Pool.
- Within FS billable team you will be allocating the right resources for best performance and ensure that the employees have the right competences and skill set.
- Meeting the Customer satisfaction and "first time right" attitude is our major goal.
As part of your Operation responsibilities
- You will also take care of the coordinating tasks such team mobilizing, controlling the work progress and assure high quality of performance.
- In order to be a good manager we need you to have good leadership skills meaning high moral and ethics, a capability of showing the right directions and stand for your decisions.
- You need to be able to listen and be open to changes.
- It is important that you are able to have a constructive dialogue with your employees and constantly drive the business forward.
- We are looking for a person who understands Wartsila business and importance of our Customers.
- Since the FS Managers belong to medium management, we expect them to understand and demonstrate their role as employer's representative.
- GFs Pool in India is a part of GFSO organization and this job requires that you can work independently but also communicate and collaborate well in a matrix-organization.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience, within the marine industry.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Skills
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Capability to engage effectively with senior management within client organizations.
