Job Description
As one of our Back Office Administrators, you'll work closely with other departments to ensure our customer's pre-paid and change of tenancy journey is a smooth experience.
You will
- Take ownership of daily work queues and resolve outstanding queries through to resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of statements, move in and move out requests, managing validation queues effectively
- Manage internal / external communication channels, including phone lines, email and post to address and resolve customer queries within SLA
- Challenge the status quo and contribute to operational excellence discussions by continuously suggesting ways to improve
- Provide support to other Home and Business Energy teams as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
You have
- Demonstrable experience working within a customer focused environment with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- The ability to support various operational areas and solve problems innovatively
- A customer and quality-focus alongside exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- An open and flexible workstyle with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills alongside proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Outlook, Word
