Job Description
The Applications Developer is responsible for performing highly advanced technical non-supervisory work in the analysis, planning, design, development, testing and debugging, maintenance, and documentation of highly complex applications to fulfill the needs of the client's business systems.
Key Performance Indicators
- Designs, develops and maintains functionality of the L+G different stream technology setup.
- Works in close interaction with business application owners and other stakeholders.
- Is accountable for the delivery of user training.
- Provides 3rd level support and basic project management for SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform, .NET and assigned custom applications.
- Analyzes business processes to assess data, identify functional requirements and define solution requirements.
Core Areas of Responsibility / Accountability
Application Design & Development
- Develops and leads the definition of objectives for proposed systems characterized by multiple integrated functions, including logical models, process logic definitions, critical data elements and overall system design aligned with user requirements.
- Works with clients to onboard them to the Office 365 platform.
- Develops and integrates custom cloud-based tools and applications.
- Works on integration across Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, CRM and SAP.
- Provides guidance to junior developers on software development lifecycle methodologies, design techniques and development tools.
- Ensures appropriate incorporation of information security policies, principles and practices, including user roles, security coordination with other IT areas and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provides and coordinates training for users on newly developed, modified or customized systems.
- Develops plans to ensure orderly transition from existing systems to new solutions.
- Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, .NET and Microsoft full stack applications.

- Maintains close collaboration with business application owners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
- Advanced experience with Power Platform.
- Expert-level experience with .NET technologies, including SPFx and JSON-based development.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure Enterprise Applications.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and OneDrive.
- Advanced experience with Windows PowerShell for administration and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Windows Server and Active Directory.
Professional Experience
Experience as a Developer with strong background in SharePoint, Power Platform and .NET applications, working in an international environment.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to communicate with users globally.
