Responsibilities

Every day brings something new! You'll be the go-to person for keeping our warehouse humming and our operations smooth. Your mission includes:

  • Organizing stock and equipment for daily service work
  • Creating and managing purchase requisitions
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Generating reports and keeping things running like clockwork
  • Conducting safety walks and ensuring OH&S compliance
  • Ordering tools and consumables for service activities
  • Troubleshooting and suggesting improvements
  • Keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and well-organized
  • Participating in stock takes and inventory cycle counts

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who's curious, adaptable, and ready to roll up their sleeves. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Basic warehousing/logistics know-how
  • Solid admin and computer skills
  • A full, clean driver's license
  • Willingness to learn forklift operation and gain high-risk licenses

Competencies

  • Forklift license preferred but not essential
  • Dangerous Goods training can be provided
  • Intermediate MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience would be preferable but not essential
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Effective commitment to safety and a safe working environment
  • Ability to participate effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work in complex and pressure-filled situations
  • Ability to priorities and multi-task
  • Ability to learn new skills
