We are seeking a Recruitment & Resource Specialist to join our Aberdeen office, managing end-to-end recruitment for wind turbine technicians while supporting workforce planning and resource management for our site teams. Your qualifications
- Experienced recruiter with a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment of technicians within the wind energy sector.
- Skilled at managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Confident in using ATS systems, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of local labor law is a strong advantage.
- Analytical, proactive, flexible, and collaborative, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Your Role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for wind turbine technicians, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies.
- Support inclusive hiring and manage pre-employment and compliance processes.
- Maintain contracts, documentation, and training records.
- Optimize resource allocation and workforce deployment based on skills and project needs.
- Use recruitment data to drive retention, engagement, and workforce planning decisions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR, and company policies.
