Job Description

At KK Wind Solutions, we are looking for an experienced procurement and category management professional to drive the development of long-term global service sourcing strategies. In this role, you will have a key position with significant impact on supplier strategy, sustainability, risk management, and performance - working closely with cross-functional, global teams. Responsibilities

Main focus for this role will be to develop long-term global sourcing strategies aligned with market insights, partner requirements and value potential for KK Wind Solutions. Moreover you will:

  • Develop and execute long-term global service sourcing and category strategies, leveraging strong procurement and category management expertise
  • Drive the development of Service Sourcing at KK Group, including the implementation of cross-functional, global category management teams
  • Lead continuous improvement across procurement processes, tools, and systems
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to co-develop and deliver category strategies and plans
  • Build, manage, and optimize a global supplier base for service sourcing, covering contracting, negotiations, supplier performance, and risk management
  • Drive supplier-led innovation, digital solutions, service improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Monitor global market trends, benchmark best practices, and ensure a competitive and resilient service sourcing setup
  • Support KK Wind Solutions' sustainability ambitions through strong collaboration and influence across the global supply base

Our requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and category management within a global manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Proven ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional, global teams and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills, including facilitation, communication, and negotiation
  • Solid understanding of sourcing processes, tools, and category management methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with D365 or similar ERP systems
  • Experience within electro-mechanical procurement and service sourcing is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • There will be some travel associated with this position
