Your new team

You will be part of the team responsible for operating the World largest commercial E-methanol plant at Kass?? (Aabenraa), Denmark. The position is fully assigned to the Kass?? PtX organization and this position is functionally reporting to the corporate QHSE team.

How you will create impact

The two focus areas for the position are Process Quality management and Environmental management. Through application of structured improvement processes you will support the team in ensuring that the products meet the specified standards consistently, while we stay within our environmental permits

Key responsibilities include

  • Enhance Quality Management and processes at Kass?? PtX plant
  • Ensure that the necessary procedures are in place and followed in order to achieve the required product quality and quality in what we do consistently
  • Manage lab testing of the products and follow up on non-conformances
  • Enhance and execute testing protocols
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability for all quality checks and product quality
  • Proactive ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements, including responsibility for environmental permits
  • Reporting and communication on environmental matters to management and authorities
  • Support the management of Kass?? PtX on process safety matters.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have the following competencies

  • You have experience with implementation of quality management systems in a process environment, and you have working knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001
  • You have the ability to engage with stake holders at all levels in an organization and not afraid of leading the way in the frontline
  • Experience from chemical production or other similar industrial processes
  • You enjoy implementing structured processes
  • You have experience with managing environmental requirements, process safety, general HSE and communication with authorities
  • You have general knowledge of production and quality management as well as operations support, and you are able to see things from the "user's" perspective.
  • You possess very good oral and written communication skills in Danish as well as English. A engineering background e.g environmental, chemical or process is an advantage.

Your professional competencies are important to us, but so are your personal skills such as communication and stakeholder management, since these are key to succeeding in the role.
