What you would work on
- Lead and execute the sales and acquisition strategy for energy assets - acquiring own assets and selling our services flexibility/balancing services to 3rd parties.
- Drive lead identification, relationship building, and pipeline management.
- Responsible also for negotiation of the deals with partners/sellers.
- Work closely with analysts evaluating individual investment and commercial opportunities.
- Lead several small teams of sales/business development people across Central and Western Europe, while remaining hands-on with key clients and partners.

- Significant experience in commercial and sales roles, preferably in energy or renewable sectors.
- Strong track record of executing transactions and managing complex sales processes.
- Experience working with international investors.
- Deep understanding of energy business.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel, meet partners and clients and internal colleagues across markets.
