Für unseren Standort in Gronau-Epe suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n stellvertretender Teamleiter Finance & Administration (m/w/d)

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Finanzen & Administration - operativ, praxisnah und hands-on.

Als stellvertretender Teamleiter Finance & Administration arbeiten Sie aktiv im Tagesgeschäft in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung, Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsverkehr und Controlling mit. Sie stellen reibungslose Abläufe sicher, erstellen Reports und Analysen und sind zentrale Schnittstelle zu Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Banken und Behörden. Perspektivisch kann sich die Möglichkeit der Übernahme der Teamleiterfunktion ergeben.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Finanzbuchhaltung & Rechnungswesen

  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Abbildung von Zahlungen, Gutschriften und manuellen Buchungen
  • Koordination des Jahresabschlusses inkl. Abgrenzungen sowie Abstimmungen mit Steuerberater/Wirtschaftsprüfer und internen Konzernabteilungen

Zahlungsverkehr & Liquiditätssteuerung

  • Durchführung, Freigabe und Kontrolle von Zahlungen (inkl. Sonder- und manueller Zahlungen)
  • Erstellung von Liquiditätsprognosen und Sicherstellung der Zahlungsfähigkeit

Administration & Organisation

  • Vertragsmanagement und Koordination administrativer Themen (z. B. Versicherungen, Dienstleister)
  • Koordination und Verantwortung für Prüfungen durch externe Stellen (z. B. Banken, Behörden, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerprüfer)

Controlling & Reporting

  • Budgetplanung und Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen für das Management
  • Planung und Pflege von Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Steuerung der Unternehmensperformance

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit Bezug zu Rechnungswesen/Finanzen (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte/r, Steuerfachwirt/-in, staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt/in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige operative Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, idealerweise im Industrieumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung (HGB, IFRS) und souveräne Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Proaktives, vorausschauendes Arbeiten mit dem Anspruch, Themen eigenständig zu erkennen, anzupacken und umzusetzen
  • Neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift, kommunizieren Sie auch sicher in englischer Sprache; niederländische Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
