Job Description
As we continue to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond, our People & Culture function plays a critical role in building strong leadership, high-performing teams, and a unified company culture across borders.
Skeleton's People & Office department is looking for a driven and experienced Head of People (m/f/x)
You will define and execute our data-driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations. You will be as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands-on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve how we scale.
You will further be involved in the following areas
- Lead and develop People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams across locations, ensuring strong collaboration and consistency.
- Use people analytics and KPIs to improve performance, engagement and retention.
- Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs.
- Drive high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives.
- Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development.
- Ensure compliant and lean HR processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers.
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
- Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries.
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus.
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands-on and pragmatic approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
