About the role

As our next Senior Business Development - Fleet Management System (FMS) you'll be on the frontlines of electrifying mobility at scale. You'll design and lead targeted growth strategies, drive outbound initiatives, nurture strategic relationships, and close mid???market to enterprise SaaS partnerships with dispatching and transport management system companies.

You'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Shaping go???to???market campaigns to tackle the commercial fleet sector range???risks;
  • Educating prospects on our dynamic routing, charging cost optimization & time???to???value;
  • Owning full-market-cycle deals from discovery to contract;
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing for seamless execution.

What you'll be working on

  • Create & grow Chargetrip's plays in rental and leasing (EV adoption, charging networks, sustainability pledges);
  • Prospect & qualify via multi-threaded outreach (LinkedIn, personalized emails, industry events);
  • Lead discovery & commercial dialogues, focusing on product fit, energy savings, ROI, and TCO;
  • Negotiate and close contracts - you'll own end-to-end sales cycles;
  • Partner with Product & Marketing, offering sector insights to guide future product enhancements and collateral;
  • Track OKRs: pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, ARR growth-ensuring healthy sales momentum.

What We Are Looking For

We know that great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. If you meet most of these, we'd love to hear from you:

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS or mobility tech sales, ideally in EV, fleet, or fuel card industry;
  • Proven history of selling into TMS, FMS or Dispatching systems (Enterprise/Mid-market);
  • Comfort with data-driven selling: ROI modelling, business case building, quantifying fleet efficiencies;
  • Excellent communicator - able to guide technical and executive stakeholders confidently;
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and tailor messages to different audiences;
  • Collaborative and curious: you enjoy working cross-functionally and learning continuously;
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills;
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset - adept at owning deals, adapting to change, and driving forward.
