Responsibilities

  • Responsible for learning, repair, operation, and maintenance of engines, auxiliaries, and systems as a trainee.
  • Performs a variety of local support activities in accordance with the instructions.
  • Ensures the completeness and quality of own daily work Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a university/institution recognized by UGC (The University Grants Commission Bangladesh) Minimum CGPA 3.0 Passed Bachelor's degree between 2023 and 2025.

Other requirements

  • National of Bangladesh. Willingness to travel frequently inside and outside of the country. Proficient with MS Excel/ Word/ Access and PowerPoint applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • High integrity and ownership.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good Knowledge of QEHS.
