Job Description

To ensure accuracy of projects financial results, support project management and adherence to governance and internal controls through leveraging of tools and process supporting delivery of results from order entry to project commissioning that ensure repeatable customer business.

How you'll make an impact

  • You will be providing input to the Project Execution Plan on financial aspects. (Education in accounting and finance and experience in project accounting)
  • You will be preparing project invoices, financial accounting and reporting. Driving project cash flow and overseeing currency risk and tax issues. Is responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast. (Education in accounting and finance and experience in project accounting)
  • You will be supporting Project Managers in adherence to: corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, country specific finance directives and instructions.
  • You will be helping to download financial information from HE reporting tools, consolidate and analyse the results. (Good experience in excel and ability and experience of working with large amount of data)
  • You will be supporting with monthly closing and reporting across all OU's of PGGA (required education and basic experience in accounting and finance and an approach towards learning new skills)
  • Supporting in various ad hoc analysis to manage costs, cash and profit.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You have bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, or equivalent with solid finance background.
  • You have experience in Finance with exposure to Project business.
  • You have experience of SAP or another ERP platform knowledge and project executed under various revenue recognition methods. (point in time and point over time).
  • You have ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines and excellent collaboration and work with cross functional and cross-cultural team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written and English is required.
