Job Description
To ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services by proactively managing supplier performance, resolving delays, and maintaining seamless coordination across stakeholders to support project success.
How you'll make an impact
- Monitoring and Follow-Up to use tools such as Ceolins to monitor open purchase orders and request status updates from suppliers for non-service POs and from Project Managers for service-related POs based on delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing team and other stakeholders to adjust or close POs as necessary and problem identification and resolution to proactively identify delays or issues impacting delivery.
- Take necessary actions to resolve issues, escalating internally if required and expediting reports and communication to provide weekly reports summarizing the scheduled receiving of goods and services by category and country to SCM, Operations, and Purchasing Managers.
- Coordination with Stakeholders to work closely with Project Managers, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to address issues and expedite POs.
- Facilitate any PO modifications in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring any required documentation (e.g., Testing Certificate, Certificate of Origin) is in place.
- Inbound Delivery and goods receipt to Coordinate inbound delivery entries with IBD team for international shipments and coordinate with logistics department for further movement.
- For in-country shipments, support the Goods Receipt (GR) process in collaboration with the GR Responsible Person and follow the Supplier Non-Conformance Resolution Process to address and resolve non-conformance issues.
- Highlight potential cases for Liquidity Damages and coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for decisions and maintain accurate records of activities and communications in the Ceolins system.
- Track key performance metrics related to on-time delivery and delays and regularly review the expediting process, implementing feedback to enhance efficiency and performance.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years' experience in logistics or expediting or procurement roles, preferably in a fast-track project environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency with expediting and tracking tools, such as advanced excel and Ceolins or PBI, and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred knowledge on SAP4H.
- Problem-solving skills to address delays and ensure on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English.
