Vous rejoignez la Direction des Ressources Humaines pour prendre en charge un périmètre à la fois juridique, opérationnel et stratégique. Véritable pilier de la conformité sociale, vous garantissez le respect des pratiques RH, animez les relations sociales et conseillez les managers au quotidien.

Dans un contexte multisite, votre capacité à jongler entre technicité juridique, écoute des acteurs et vision business fera toute la différence.

Vos missions

Politique RH & conformité

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et le respect de la politique RH, en cohérence avec les valeurs et processus de l'entreprise.
  • Préparer et déployer les accords collectifs, procédures et politiques internes.
  • Assurer une veille permanente en droit social et proposer les adaptations nécessaires des règles internes.
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès des administrations sociales (Inspection du Travail, Médecine du Travail, CARSAT...).

Conseil aux managers & contentieux

  • Apporter un conseil expert en RH et en droit social aux managers pour sécuriser les pratiques.
  • Assurer la gestion des contentieux : coordination, suivi des dossiers et provisionnement financier.

Relations sociales collectives

  • Accompagner la Direction RH dans la gestion des relations sociales collectives.
  • Préparer les réunions CSE et grandes consultations, garantir le bon fonctionnement de la BDESE.
  • Contribuer aux négociations syndicales : stratégie, rédaction des accords, analyses juridiques, suivi des coûts et dépôts.

Accompagnement du changement & projets RH

  • Structurer juridiquement les projets RH (rétroplanning d'information-consultation, rédaction des notes).
  • Simuler et suivre les coûts associés aux projets RH.
  • Réaliser les études et analyses RH pour appuyer la prise de décision.

Reporting & données RH

  • Mettre en place, suivre et fiabiliser les indicateurs RH.
  • Produire des reportings réguliers à destination de la Direction et des représentants du personnel.

Profil recherché

Vous avez une solide expertise en droit du travail (individuel et collectif), idéalement acquise en environnement multisite ou matriciel. Vous maîtrisez les relations collectives et avez une vraie expérience opérationnelle en gestion de projets RH.

  • Maîtrise du droit du travail individuel et collectif.
  • Gestion des relations sociales et préparation des instances représentatives du personnel (IRP).
  • Rédaction d'accords collectifs, de chartes et de notes juridiques.
  • Accompagnement managérial et gestion de dossiers disciplinaires.
  • Structuration et suivi de processus RH.
  • Fiabilisation des données et pilotage du reporting RH.
