About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation and PLC Supervisor Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across our plant facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and report daily electrical maintenance activities across the plant and assigned teams.
  • Manage maintenance of critical systems including automation and PLC control, LV/MV electrical control, engine and generator control systems (Wärtsilä 20V34).
  • Oversee maintenance of auxiliary equipment such as lube oil and fuel oil separators (Alfa Laval), water treatment units, oily water treatment, firefighting systems, cooling water systems, telecommunication, and ICT systems.
  • Ensure plant performance targets are achieved in line with contractual obligations.
  • Train new employees on maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, materials, parts, and tools, ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies.
  • Guarantee adherence to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as customer site procedures.
  • Inspect completed work to confirm compliance with specifications and safety standards, reporting activities via MAXIMO and Field Service Mobility.
  • Coach and mentor maintenance staff, assisting with complex machinery and equipment issues.
  • Develop and improve maintenance routines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks to optimize team resources and meet schedules and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical background preferred).
  • Proven experience in the energy industry, with strong knowledge of decarbonization and its legislative impact
  • Motivated, action oriented-driven, and proactive.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
