Sr PGD Maintenance Specialist - Plant Fort Myers

This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at Plant Fort Myers located in Fort Myers, FL. Operations, Electrical and I&C experience preferred. Operations experience and troubleshooting skillset for: AC/DC motors/controllers, Medium/High voltage circuit breakers and general electrical maintenance standards. Experience with Maximo, Operations Model Processes and PGD Electrical Safety Program preferred. This position will troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance deviations while ensuring the sites' electrical equipment is in excellent operational condition and available for use at all times.

Job Overview

Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
