Bij Voltmasters heerst een sterke mentaliteit om te blijven groeien. Stilstand is achteruitgang.

What They Do
Voltmasters develops an in-house Energy Management System (EMS) designed specifically for professional installers and industrial energy-system operators, focusing on optimizing industrial energy storage and site economics through advanced software and hardware integration (source: voltmasters.io). Their EMS acts as the "brain" of an installation, orchestrating batteries, solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, loads, and grid interaction automatically and in real time to maximize efficiency and revenue streams (source: linkedin.com). The platform consists of three layers: a modular DIN-rail industrial controller installed on-site with wired Ethernet and 24 V DC power, a web platform for commissioning and monitoring, and a mobile app for operations and reporting, enabling seamless management and control (source: voltmasters.io). Their software includes sophisticated features such as forecasting, optimization algorithms, load balancing, PV curtailment, peak shaving, multi-site management, incident detection, and API access, all developed in-house in Gistel, Belgium, emphasizing reliability and scalability in real-world industrial environments (source: voltmasters.io). Voltmasters targets professional installers and commercial operators, helping them monetize batteries and solar assets more effectively under dynamic pricing, capacity tariffs, and grid-control requirements, with a focus on automation, second-by-second decision-making, and stacking multiple revenue streams including self-consumption, energy trading, and network services (source: voltmasters.io).
Projects & Track Record
Voltmasters' Energy Management System platform currently powers more than 750 delivered projects, demonstrating rapid adoption within the installer-led energy storage, PV, EV charging, and grid-connected asset sectors (source: f6s.com). While specific named projects, locations, or capacities are not publicly detailed, the company’s documentation and product focus indicate a strong presence in commissioned installations across Belgium and potentially broader markets, emphasizing practical deployment rather than large-scale utility projects (source: voltmasters.io). Their platform supports a variety of industrial and commercial applications, enabling installers to deliver optimized energy systems that integrate multiple asset types and revenue streams effectively (source: voltmasters.io).
Recent Developments
In recent years, Voltmasters has focused on expanding its product offerings and technical documentation, with significant updates in 2026 that enhanced multilingual product pages and installer-focused technical resources, including detailed controller specifications, dashboards, device integration, and incident handling procedures (source: voltmasters.io). The company has also actively recruited talent for roles such as Energy Management System Specialist and sales internships based at its Gistel headquarters, reflecting growth ambitions and a commitment to supporting installers and commercial clients (source: voltmasters.io). No public announcements regarding acquisitions, mergers, or external funding have been made, indicating a focus on organic growth and product development within its startup phase (source: voltmasters.io).
Working There
Voltmasters offers roles primarily in product development, operations, and commercial support, with an emphasis on hands-on deployment and technical expertise within a small, close-knit team based in Gistel, Belgium (source: voltmasters.io). The company culture appears startup-oriented, focusing on technical depth, installer support, and collaborative development of smart energy systems, with opportunities for internships in sales and specialist positions in energy management (source: voltmasters.io). Voltmasters maintains clear contact channels including phone, sales email, and help email, facilitating communication with candidates and customers alike (source: voltmasters.io).
