This broad leadership role combines a solid finance background with strong corporate governance and practical operational management. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will connect people, priorities and resources, providing the structure and support needed to deliver the company's business objectives.

You will develop a thorough understanding of H55's corporate framework, including its shareholder arrangements, financing agreements and key contractual commitments, and translate these obligations into clear responsibilities, practical policies and timely action.

You will oversee finance, HR, IT, facilities and general administration, supported by internal specialists and external partners. As a central point of coordination for Swiss site matters, you will help teams resolve operational issues, improve ways of working and ensure corporate services meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Board and shareholder matters with the CEO and legal counsel, including meeting preparation, resolutions, corporate records and follow through on decisions.
  • Maintain a clear overview of the company's corporate structure, shareholder arrangements, financing agreements and material contractual commitments.
  • Track related obligations and deadlines, ensuring clear ownership and timely action across relevant functions.
  • Ensure governance requirements, delegated authorities and approval processes are understood and applied.
  • Manage relationships with external legal advisers, insurers and corporate service providers.

Policies, compliance and internal controls

  • Coordinate the development, implementation and review of company policies in line with business needs, investor commitments and applicable requirements.
  • Work with functional owners on anti corruption, cybersecurity and incident response, related party transactions, internal financial controls, global trade controls, personal data protection, and health and safety.
  • Translate policies into practical procedures, with clear responsibilities and guidance for employees and managers.
  • Coordinate communication and training, maintaining appropriate records.
  • Monitor implementation, address gaps with relevant owners and bring matters requiring attention to the leadership team.

Swiss site and corporate services

  • Coordinate Swiss site administration and corporate support activities, working closely with production, engineering and other teams.
  • Oversee facilities, workplace services and external providers, ensuring a safe and effective working environment.
  • Help resolve site issues and coordinate improvements that support daily operations.
  • Oversee IT services and infrastructure through internal resources and external partners.
  • Drive improvements in digital tools, systems and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate site procedures and business continuity arrangements with relevant specialists.

HR oversight and organisational support

  • Oversee the HR function, supporting the HR team in delivering effective people processes and reliable daily operations.
  • Work with the CEO and managers on workforce planning, organisational changes and recruitment priorities.
  • Ensure employment administration, payroll coordination and HR policies are managed consistently and appropriately.
  • Support clear internal communication and effective collaboration across teams.

Financial management and business support

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial reporting, supported by internal finance resources and external partners.
  • Ensure reliable accounting, statutory reporting, tax and audit processes.
  • Provide clear financial visibility to support business decisions and resource allocation.
  • Maintain appropriate financial controls, spending discipline and approval processes.
  • Monitor costs and commitments with budget owners and programme teams.
  • Support investor reporting, financing activities and due diligence when required.

Leadership and continuous improvement

  • Lead and support a small multidisciplinary team, coordinating external expertise where needed.
  • Set priorities, allocate resources and ensure actions are completed.
  • Build trusted working relationships with managers and colleagues across the organisation.
  • Simplify processes and adapt corporate services as the business evolves.

Your Profile

  • Experience in a broad finance and administration, corporate services or business operations leadership role.
  • A solid finance background, with experience taking responsibility beyond the finance function.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and confidence working with corporate documents, contractual commitments and legal advisers.
  • Experience implementing policies and translating compliance requirements into practical ways of working.
  • Experience coordinating site operations or corporate support functions, ideally in a technology or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with the Swiss business environment and relevant administrative and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to lead across different functions, drawing on the expertise of colleagues and external partners.
  • Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to build trust with people across the organisation.
  • A practical, collaborative approach, with strong organisational skills and a willingness to get involved in day to day matters.
  • Fluent English and French.
  • A relevant qualification in finance, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

You do not need to be a specialist in every function. You should be comfortable asking the right questions, bringing together the right expertise and taking responsibility for progress.
