Our multi-cultural Cost & Value Engineering team is a part of Service Procurement in Service Business Unit and is responsible for driving cross-functional product improvement initiatives with a special focus on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and lubrication spare parts. CVE represents SE Procurement in the retrofit development projects as well as leads the Productivity Management Office function in Spare parts and Supplies department.

How You’ll Make an Impact

We are looking for a Procurement Retrofit Coordinator to our office in Bucharest (Romania) who will act as the Procurement one point of contact for Retrofit Development Projects collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation of the retrofit projects.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Interface role for Early Procurement Involvement in the ECM process coordinating all tasks and deliverables within Service Procurement
  • Establishing and maintaining overview of existing and new retrofit projects (incl. implementation status and time plan)
  • Reviewing retrofit documentation ensuring fulfilment of all Procurement-relevant requirements
  • Aligning commercial and technical project aspects with various stakeholders

What You Bring

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. A structured approach to technical challenges, open minded altitude and ability to view trough “diverse glasses” to lift all opportunities will help you to feel comfortable and successfully act in your new role as Procurement Retrofit Coordinator. We are also looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or similar
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a corporate organization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
  • Business oriented and international mindset, strong influential capabilities
