Nous avons une opportunité passionnante en tant que Import/Export operation Manager H/F pour notre Gigafactory basée à Bourbourg. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable du développement, de la mise en œuvre du processus opérationnel et de contrôle des acitivités Logistique & Transport d’Import/Export.

Vous supervisez les opérations d'importation et d'exportation (incluant les processus de douanes et réglementations de transport).

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes

• Conformité réglementaire: Veiller à ce que toutes les opérations respectent les réglementations douanières locales et internationales. Participer à la mise en place de projets douaniers pour déployer les procédures douanières transvers dans l'entité Verkor Assurer une veille réglementaire constante pour s'adapter aux évolutions législatives.

• Communication Et Coordination Collaborer avec les différents départements de l’entreprise pour planifier les importations et les exportations. Résoudre les éventuels litiges transport / douanes. Être en contact avec les fournisseurs, les transporteurs et les agents de fret pour garantir une organisation efficace.

• Gestion De La Documentation Maintenir et organiser les documents liés aux opérations Import-Export S’assurer de l’exactitude des informations dans les systèmes de gestion de données

Profil recherché

• Formation supérieure minimum type Bac+2/3 spécialisation transport/logistique/douane
• Expérience préalable dans un poste similaire en import-export demandée
• Connaissance de la réglementation douanière et des techniques du transit international
• Bases en règlementation sanitaire et phytosanitaire
• Maitrise de process douaniers
• Anglais professionnel
