Der Standort Oberentfelden ist ein Kompetenzzentrum für die Entwicklung, die Produktion und den Service von metallgekapselten, gasisolierten Hochspannungsschaltanlagen, deren Komponenten und Antrieben. Als Supervisor garantierst du die Installation, Unterhalt und Instandsetzung von Hochspannungsschaltgeräten im In- und Ausland, unter Berücksichtigung qualitativer, terminlicher und administrativer Aspekte, um die einwandfreie Funktion unserer Geräte.
Aufgaben
- Primär- und Sekundärinstallation gemäss Zeichnungen, Handbüchern und Spezifikationen.
- Grundkenntnisse in (Local Control Cubicles) LCC
- Einhalten der Firmenwerte sowie der internen Umweltschutz-, Gesundheitsschutz- und Sicherheitsbestimmungen (EHS) und Einhalten der für die Stelle relevanten Prozesse aus dem Management-System
- Übergabe der installierten gasisolierten Schaltanlage (GIS) an den Auftraggeber
- Kommunikation mit Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer während der Installation Leitung des lokalen Installationsteams
- Verfassen wöchentlicher Arbeitsrapporte für Site Koordinator/Projekt Manager über Fortschritt und Status
- Konsequente Erfassung der Mehrkosten
Anforderungen
- Elektromechaniker oder ähnliche technische Ausbildung
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- Führungskompetenz
- Berufserfahrung in einer Matrixorganisation
- Deutsch fliessend, gute Englischkenntnisse
