Blue Power Partners is a global consultancy and project development company dedicated to developing renewable energy. We are expanding our activities and are currently looking for a colleague with commercial competencies who is skilled in reviewing and structuring strategic initiatives and highly motivated to deliver a good process for the strategist on both a tactical and operational level.

About the Job

You will join the Department of Modelling and Commercial Excellence, where we work with leading private equity firms to originate, manage, and optimize renewable infrastructure investments. This includes onshore wind, solar PV, batteries, and ptx assets classes.

In the role, you will develop ideas that streamline work together with the management team. As a key task, you will advise on business processes and improvement initiatives, help formulate strategies for the business area, and support implementing improvement initiatives. You will proactively coordinate the General Manager’s day-to-day activities, focusing on efficiency and prioritization.

Furthermore, your task will be:

  • Coordinate and support all leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and actions and following up on action items afterward.
  • Learn and understand the General Manager’s priorities and objectives to advise and implement improvements in day-to-day efficiencies.
  • Support management with travel planning, calendar management, expense management, etc.
  • Help create visibility on business area performance.
  • Assisting with boardroom meeting preparations, reports, and any material required for meetings.
  • Provide high-quality support to the leadership team in accurate meeting minutes, brainstorming initiatives, objectives, and events.
  • Act with discretion in supporting confidential matters and dispersing information.

We are a global company with headquarters in Aalborg. The Executive Assistant role is based in Aalborg, where most of the management in DK is located.

About You

You are a curious and outgoing individual who uses your passion as daily fuel to make a difference. You are eager to provide high-quality deliverables, and on top of that, you are a dedicated team player who values diplomacy. You have excellent relationship management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization and standard office practices and procedures. It is an advantage if you have experience or are interested in the Renewable sector, but it is not a requirement.
