About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Associate to join our growing Sales team at Power Factors. The successful candidate will be responsible for several sales operations functions that will augment the efficiency of our sales team.

As our team grows, responsibilities will diversify to work in other areas of sales functions. This team is at the forefront of driving business growth. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to various functions of the business, including CRM operation, Sales support material, contribution to client interactions, providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to customer interactions and interface to internal teams such as Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Finance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • The work will involve entering data into our Salesforce org and ensuring accuracy and quality in the resulting entries
  • Accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data on standard and custom objects throughout the whole sales cycle
  • Provide tool and system support to the sales team to make sure they close deals more efficiently, and progress with post-sale project initiation
  • Adopt a structured and disciplined approach to tracking activity, monitoring pipeline and forecasting accuracy, and ensure deal progression
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to facilitate account management and accurate quote processing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and processes and suggest improvements to the above procedures
  • Handling ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Participating in testing, implementation, and optimization of new Salesforce functionalities
  • Implementing best practices for maintaining data quality and enhancing tools’ efficiency

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce – familiarity with CPQ, reporting and dashboards will be considered a plus
  • Experience in Sales operations, data entry or a similar analytical role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Greek (written and verbal) is a must for effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Schedule flexibility for occasional work / meetings with international teams
