Expert des technologies des énergies et de l'information, VINCI Energies (63 000 collaborateurs, 9,25 milliards d'€ de CA) assure la conception, la réalisation et la maintenance de solutions pour l'industrie, les services et les collectivités locales.
VINCI Facilities fait partie du réseau d'entreprises de maintenance de VINCI Energies et a pour mission de gérer tout ou partie des installations techniques et des services aux occupants de bâtiments professionnels tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité.
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche de 2 technicien(ne)s CVC H/F en CDI au sein d'un site client basé à Séméac (65).
Missions principales
Sous l'autorité du responsable d'affaires, vous serez notamment en charge :
- La maintenance préventive et corrective sur des installations techniques,
- La recherche de pannes sur site client,
- La réalisation de dépannages,
- La réalisation des travaux multi techniques, électricité, plomberie, CVC,
- S'assurer du confort des utilisateurs/occupants,
- Suivre les interventions sous-traitées,
- La rédaction des comptes rendus d'intervention, suivi et mise à jour de la GMAO.
Vous travaillerez en équipe du lundi au vendredi, soit de matin (6h - 13h30) soit d'après-midi (12h30 - 20h).
Profil demandé
Diplômé(e) d'un BAC PRO ou BTS en maintenance, avec 2 années d'expérience dans le domaine de l'électricité et du CVC.
Vous possédez une habilitation électrique valide, ainsi que les CACES Nacelle. Vous êtes doté(e) de l'attestation d'aptitude à la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes catégorie 1. Vous êtes sensibilisé(e) à la prévention des risques professionnels et appliquez les consignes de sécurité. Vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et organisé(e). Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, appréciez de travailler en équipe et avez l'esprit de services. Vous anticipez et êtes sensible aux détails. Vous disposez d'une bonne utilisation des outils bureautiques et informatiques GMAO. Vous possédez le permis de conduire B.
