Job Description
At Voltalia we are passionate about renewable energies! We are an electricity producer from wind, solar, hydro, biomass and storage and also a service provider to 3rd party clients such as Development, EPC, O&M and Distribution. Today we are in 20 countries, split among 4 continents, and offering a global operating capacity to our clients. We are listed on the regulated Euronext market in Paris since July 2014.
Our Operation & Maintenance department is looking for an O&M Expert Technician, at Timahoe/Kildare, who will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist the O&M Area Coordinator in the coordination of a structure and adequate resources for the implementation and contract management of O&M of PV plants;
- Supervise the implementation of the maintenance plans and support the teams;
- Promote and Supervise the Implementation of the procedures and guidelines provided by the Company within his technical team;
- Comply, promote and supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, HSE requirements within his technical team;
- Perform regular on-site technical inspections within the technical team;
- Support the coordination, follow-up and report the services provided by O&M field team and subcontractors;
- Support the coordination between onsite teams and Remote Services (RO&ME);
- Participate, hands-on, on preventive maintenance or corrective activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with O&M technicians;
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in area of renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other);
- Maintenance management processes and systems.
- High Voltage Switching, HV AP/SAP and Power Electronics.
- Knowledge of Technical Design.
- Microsoft Office.
- Local language fluency and English (preferred).
- Availability to travel within the country for limited periods and on short notice;
