Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Beratung und Pflege von Bestandskunden sowie Ausbau nachhaltiger und erfolgreicher Geschäftsbeziehungen mit Schlüsselkunden
  • Gewinnung und Beratung von Neukunden im In- und Ausland
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Vertriebsworkshops beim Kunden
  • Führen von Verkaufsverhandlungen von der Angebotserstellung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Strategie, Produkten und Marketing
  • Upselling von weiteren Produkten
  • Erstellung verbindlicher Monats-, Quartals- und Jahres-Forecasts für das definierte Segment und die betreuten Kunden
  • fortlaufendes Reporting relevanter KPIs
  • Mitarbeit in der strategischen Account-Planung im Unternehmen

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Energietechnik, BWL, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management und in der Kalkulation von Produkten in der Energiewirtschaft
  • professionelle und fundierte Kenntnisse der Energiebranche in Praxis und Theorie sowie Produkt-Know-How und Kenntnisse aus der IT-Branche
  • idealerweise gute Vernetzung in der Energiewirtschaft
  • hohe Kundenakzeptanz und überdurchschnittliches Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungskraft sowie Abschlusssicherheit
  • Reisebereitschaft notwendig
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • von Vorteil: Auslandserfahrung, interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • hybrides Arbeiten mit mindestens 2 Tagen pro Woche Büroanwesenheit
