Job Description
Airloom Energy is developing a new generation of renewable energy technology designed to unlock the full potential of wind power. Airloom’s turbines are more efficient, can be mass manufactured, and deployed just about anywhere. Backed by leading investors Lowercarbon Capital and Bill Gate's Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Airloom is on a mission to disrupt the wind energy industry and accelerate the adoption of renewable energy.
We are very excited to be working with a growing Wind Technology company backed by Lowercarbon Capital, Wyoming VC, and Bill Gates's Breakthrough Energy Ventures who's mission is to make wind power more affordable and expand its adoption globally. They have already seen success in this approach and are looking to grow their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct design analysis for fabrication-ready projects.
- Secure necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
- Manage supplier relationships for large-scale wind energy projects.
- Guide team members through the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project performance metrics, including schedule and cost management.
- Lead system testing and commissioning for 3 MW systems.
- Develop operations and maintenance plans for long-term reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in wind energy project development or site management.
- Preferred background in Wind, Solar, or BESS.
- Located or willing to relocate near Laramie, Wyoming.
- Knowledge of EPC processes and regulatory requirements.
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace new technologies.
