- Kundensupport per Telefon für Installateure und Endanwender
- Kundensupport per E-Mail und Social Media
- Beantwortung von Fragen zu unseren Fronius Produkten im Bereich Solar Energy
- Erfassung von Kundenanfragen und Kundenkontakten in der MS CRM Software
- Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Fronius Analysetools
Du verfügst über
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Technisches Verständnis bzw. Affinität zur Technik
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit
- Dienstleistungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Freude an Kundengesprächen
