Albioma Solaire France (ASFR), d'environ 27 personnes, filiale du groupe Albioma, cherche un-e Chargé-e QSE en CDI pour l’accompagner dans le maintien de la triple certification QSE (Normes ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) et l’obtention de la certification AQPV.
Organisation QSE
Les deux autres Zones de l’activité Solaire du groupe Albioma (Océan Indien, et Antilles-Guyane) sont aussi triplement certifiées QSE. Chacune des trois zones (ASFR, Océan Indien, et Antilles-Guyane) est auditée tous les trois ans ; la zone Océan Indien sera auditée en 2025 dans le cadre du renouvellement de notre triple certification et un audit de suivi se déroulera à ASFR.
Nos objectifs sont de maintenir avec les autres Zones la triple certification QSE, et de mettre en œuvre toutes les actions et dossier constitutif pour la certification AQPV.
Description du poste
En tant que Chargé-e QSE en CDI, vous accompagnez dans les diverses actions qu’implique le maintien de la triple certification sur trois zones géographiques, ainsi que les autres missions liées en général aux bonnes pratiques des systèmes de management QSE.
La prise de poste sera dès que possible.
Cette ouverture de poste répond à l’évolution de nos projets et à la croissance de nos activités.
Activités et tâches liées au poste
Placée sous la responsabilité du Responsable Opérations d’ASFR, vous participez à ces activités :
- Être acteur de la coordination de la sécurité sur les activités de construction et de maintenance
- Maintenir à jour le SMI dans le cadre de la triple certification ISO
- Animer le plan d’action QSE entre les 3 zones Antilles Guyane, Hexagone et Océan Indien
- Participer à la coordination du SMI entre les 3 zones
- Sensibiliser et accompagner les collaborateurs pour s’approprier les bonnes pratiques QSE
- Intégrer le plan d’action de la démarche de l’excellence opérationnelle et de l’amélioration continue dans le SMI
Profil recherché
Issu-e d’un diplôme BAC+3 minimum en Master en Qualité, Environnement, Sécurité, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire.
Vous connaissez déjà les démarches de certification QSE et notamment les normes ISO:9001, ISO:14001 et ISO:45001.
Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de synthèse et appréciez travailler en équipe. Vous êtes respectueux-se des procédures et règles en vigueur. Vous détenz des compétences informatiques (pack office). Enfin, vous savez être force de proposition et êtes doté-e de capacité relationnelle forte.
Poste basé à Avignon ou Montpellier avec des déplacements sur chantiers et sites en exploitation.
