Description de poste
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Construction, ce poste a pour finalité de mener le programme de construction PV Réunion (yc Repowering). Il s'appuie sur une équipe de Chargés d'affaires et de chefs de projets.
- Il prépare les projets pour le passage en Réunion de Lancement avec les Chargés d’Affaires : étude technico économique, plans exe, DOE, NDC, lancement des consultations.
- Il est garant des rendus conception.
- Avec son Responsable, il planifie, organise et coordonne le programme de construction des centrales PV après le passage en réunion de lancement.
- Il est le garant du respect des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers et veille à la sensibilisation des sous-traitants sur ses sujets.
- Il assure avec l’équipe des Chefs de Projet le respect des plannings et des budgets prévus en anticipant les points de blocage (livraison et approvisionnement)
- Il coordonne son travail avec le Coordinateur Logistique afin que le matériel soit disponible « en temps et en heure »
- Il sélectionne et pilote les sous-traitants en prenant en compte les normes économiques et Qualité
- Avec le Responsable Construction, il établit et garantit une relation de confiance avec les parties prenantes externes (bailleurs – locataires etc.) Il s’assure que les centrales soient livrées avec les normes de qualité attendues par Albioma Solaire Réunion

Profil recherché
Le profil attendu est le suivant :
- Niveau de formation
- Niveau Bac+3 / Ingénieur de formation électrique, BTP ou EnR. Expérience en construction PV de 3 ans minimum, expérience en management appréciée.
- Compétences techniques
- Solides connaissances en électricité/HT, électrotechnique, mécanique générale, automatisme
- Connaissance des centrales photovoltaïques
- Maitrise de la Suite Office et d’Autocad, MS Project, PVSyst.
- Qualités attendues
- Capacité de management (dirige une équipe de « Chefs de Projet » et « Chargés d’Affaires)
- Capacité d’analyse, d’organisation, autonomie, d’apprentissage.
- Sens des priorités et capacité à organiser la charge de Travail
- Goût des responsabilités et du challenge.
- Disponibilité
- Enthousiaste, engagé et capable de fédérer autour d’un projet commun.
