Description de poste
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de l'agence Albioma Solaire Mayotte, ce poste a pour finalité de diriger la reconstruction et les remises en service du parc des centrales PV endommagées après le passage du cyclone CHIDO en Déc 2024. Il s'appuie sur une équipe de chefs de projets.
A partir d’un état des lieux et d’un diagnostic établi en interne :
- Planifier et coordonner les interventions : Définir les priorités, organiser les chantiers de reconstruction et assurer le suivi des travaux avec les différents acteurs (fournisseurs, sous-traitants, techniciens).
- Manager les équipes techniques : Superviser, animer et organiser le travail des équipes internes et externes en veillant à la bonne répartition des tâches et à l'efficacité des interventions.
- Communiquer et assurer la relation avec les partenaires fonciers : Entretenir un dialogue régulier avec les propriétaires fonciers, les collectivités locales et les parties prenantes pour assurer une bonne coordination et une acceptabilité des projets.
- Optimiser la performance des installations : Proposer des améliorations pour améliorer la disponibilité et la durabilité des systèmes photovoltaïques reconstruits.
- Suivi budgétaire et reporting : Contrôler les coûts de reconstruction, optimiser les dépenses et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction sur l'avancement des projets.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et objectif 0 accident : Veiller à l'application stricte des règles de sécurité sur les chantiers, sensibiliser les équipes et garantir un environnement de travail sans accident.
Profil recherché
Profil et compétences requises :
- Etudes supérieure de niveau BAC + 3/5 minimum, avec spécialité Conduite de Chantiers PV et Gestion de Projets Industriels et électriques.
- 6/8 ans d'expérience dans le métier dans la Construction et la Maintenance PV sera demandée.
- Une expérience outre-mer et/ou étranger sera demandée
- Savoir être : travail en équipe, en transverse, autonome, proactif, sens des priorités et de la communication.
- Expérience dans la conduite des sous-traitants.
Sur ce poste d'une durée de 12 à 18 mois, un statut indépendant ou un portage salarial sera demandé.
