Job Description
Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)? Our QHSE Traineeship gives you hands-on experience across different teams within DEME, allowing you to explore various roles and contribute to real projects.
As a QHSE Trainee, you will:
- Rotate through different QHSE teams to gain a broad understanding of the field.
- Assist in project safety, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Support the development of QHSE campaigns, training, and management systems.
- Work on safety initiatives at HQ and various project sites.
- Gain international exposure and professional development opportunities.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or QHSE-related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Willing to travel in a rotational schedule.
