Description de poste
BDLT est une usine de production de granules de bois dans la région de Saint-Michel-des-Saints, Québec – Canada, appartenant au groupe Albioma, acteur majeur de la production d’électricité renouvelable à partir de trois sources d’énergie : la biomasse, le solaire et la géothermie. L'usine BDLT transforme du bois de faible qualité en énergie renouvelable pour fournir les centrales thermiques du groupe, valorisant ainsi une ressource naturelle sous-utilisée.
Le poste
Sous la direction du Directeur de la maintenance devra assembler, vérifier, ajuster mécaniquement et électriquement, démarrer et tester les équipements produits. Il doit également effectuer le câblage et l'entretien de divers équipements industriels.
- Lire et interpréter des plans et devis électriques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et mécaniques de toutes complexités
- Effectuer l’entretien préventif.
- Accomplir les tâches de démontage, montage et inspection des équipements de production.
- Fabriquer de pièces selon les besoins opérationnels.
- Opérer les outils mécaniques, pneumatiques et de soudure.
- Effectuer tous les types de réparation (électricité, plomberie, mécanique, pneumatique et hydraulique).
- Propose et apporte des modifications d’ordre mécanique, électrique, pneumatique, hydraulique ou autre permettant d’améliorer les équipements et/ou procédé.
- Conduire l’équipement de manutention pour déplacer l’équipement au besoin.
- Appliquer les règles de Santé et Sécurité de l’entreprise.
- Collabore à la mise en route et l’installation de nouveaux équipements.
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes et effectuer l'entretien d'équipements industriels divers.
Profil recherché
Prérequis:
- DEP en Électromécanique ou expérience jugée pertinente
- Un bon jugement et des comportements sécuritaires en tout temps
- Intérêt pour le processus de fabrication de granules
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Lecture de plans;
- Aime travailler en équipe
- Capacité d’adaptation au changement
- Excellentes habiletés en résolution de problèmes et esprit analytique;
- Bonne force physique et endurance
Conditions d'emploi:
- Horaire type 5.5.4 rotation jour et nuit
- Poste temps plein, permanent;
- Assurances collectives après 3 mois;
- Invalidité longue durée;
- REER collectif après 6 mois;
- Possibilité de logement sur place.
