Engineering & Support Team is looking for Design Engineers to strengthen some of the teams developing design solutions and works in tandem with the project and sales manager.

This is a permanent role and the preferred location for all these positions is Belgrade- Serbia, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Design Engineer, you will perform demanding design tasks and engineering work to ensure that our products and services meet the required quality standards and the actual customer needs. This position gives you an excellent opportunity to learn and grow as a design and engineering professional.

Your typical activities will include

  • Development of the layout of the simulation complex
  • Creating renders of the simulation complex
  • Drawing up the training complex according to the building plan.
  • Selection of the training complex area.
  • Calculation of projection schemes and visualization.
  • Customer support by email and on-site participation in customer visits.
  • Quality control of the completed job.
  • Continuous improvement of professional competence.
  • Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures.
  • Conduct correspondence on behalf of the company within their competence.
  • Represent the company on matters within their competence.
  • Use internal and external regulations and other sources of information the profile of their work to examine and analyze.
  • Use corporate e-mail, phone, fax, email, and mobile communications for the proper performance of the above duties.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have

  • Diploma in Engineering (Architecture, mechanical engineering, industrial design)
  • General knowledge in a Archicad (Graphisoft)
  • English spoken and written. Minimum B1
  • Deep and broad experience with IT environments, including network, computers, Operating Systems, and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, IT hardware and tools.
  • Skills in CAD.
  • Experience in Maritime, Architectural, Mechanical background an advantage.
  • Physical ability to cope with allocated work.
  • Interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
  • Proactive, self-starter able to jump in, ramp up and lead without a lot of oversight or direction.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.
  • Basic knowledge in 3Dmax(Autodesk)
  • Basic knowledge in Rhino (Robert McNeel & Associates)
