Guter Service beginnt mit klarer Koordination. Bei Enpal treiben wir die Energiewende voran – eine Solaranlage nach der anderen. Für unser neues Büro in Kairo suchen wir jetzt zuverlässige Customer Success Specialists, die im Hintergrund dafür sorgen, dass alle Prozesse rund um die Installation reibungslos ablaufen.
Montagebriefings & Vorbereitung
- Erstellung präziser Briefings für die Terminvorbereitung von Montageeinsätzen
- Verantwortung für die vollständige und korrekte Erstellung der Montagebriefings
- Erkennung fehlerhafter Briefings und Weiterleitung an die zuständige Fachabteilung zur Korrektur
Eigenständiges Arbeiten & Systemnutzung
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Pflege aller Briefings im internen Dashboard unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Fristen
- Effiziente Nutzung von Salesforce zur Auswertung von Kundenvorgängen sowie eigenständige Stornierung oder Anpassung von Terminen zur Montagevorbereitung
Qualifikationen
Was wir suchen
- Sprache: Deutsch (B2–C2)
- Erfahrung: 1–3 Jahre in Organisation/Verwaltung
- Abschluss: Kein Abschluss erforderlich – entscheidend sind deine Fähigkeiten und deine Einstellung
- Struktur: Exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Mindset: Teamplayer, lösungsorientiert, eigenständig
