Job Description

The Fleet Department is responsible for providing cars and managing its contractual part for all the necessary projects we need. We have a lot of cars, located everywhere we work on projects, and You as a part of fleet department will be responsible for making sure that every car is where is should be.

Your qualifications

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Communicative knowledge of English (B1)
  • Driving license – B category
  • Teamwork approach
  • Flexibility, Engagement,
  • High level of Responsibility,
  • Communication skills – You will be responsible for communication with various people
  • Willingness to learn, Attention to detail, Proactivity

Your Role

  • Support with organizing car rentals for the office employees (white collars) and the company’s contractors (blue collars) in response to received Vehicle Requests (VRs), on-line, off-line and via ticketing system
  • Informing relevant stake holders about their car rental details and overseeing the car’s handover process to the end user (designated driver).
  • Supporting Fleet Specialists in managing the company’s system for monitoring and identifying drivers:
  • Searching for new car rentals and vehicle-related goods providers and negotiating the cost of the products and services with the help and supervision of Fleet Specialists or Fleet Senior Specialist:
  • Administering (collecting, registering, forwarding, updating, and archiving) the overall documentation regarding the company’s owned, rented, and leased cars for both white and blue collars
