We are looking for a skilled Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Commissioning Engineer role involves overseeing and coordinating electrical commissioning activities for photovoltaic power plants throughout Romania.
Are you experienced in commissioning power plants, with fluent English, looking for an exciting opportunity to participate in interesting solar projects? If so, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing ATR related works: beneficiary and grid connection
- Coordinating with local DSOs and subcontractors
- Managing Feasibility, Solution, and Reactive studies
- Handling the MV and grid-connection of PV power plants: designs, approvals, procurement, execution
- Managing the commissioning and testing process of PV power plants
- Supervising LV, MV, and grid connection designs
- Coordinating electrical equipment commissioning activities
- Overseeing the installation and integration of electrical equipment
- Ensuring project deadlines, budget, and quality adherence
- Preparing technical documentation and reports
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in commissioning power plants
- Minimum 3 years of experience in testing, installing and commissioning electrical equipment – medium and high voltage field
- ANRE 3A-3B certification is an advantage
- Fluent Romanian language and English at a communicative level (for daily communication with internal and external partners)
- Experience in SCADA system installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, MS Office
- An active driving license (B) and willingness to travel to power plants throughout Romania
- Great organisational, time-management and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and adaptability
