The Goldwind Brazil team has an immediate vacancy for Performance Engineer, at the São Paulo - SP unit. This is an excellent opportunity to support business growth at Goldwind!

Position Assignments

  • Execute day-to-day application maintenance, processing and user support;
  • Responsible for responding to support cases from internal customers;
  • Troubleshoot application alerts from monitoring tools and follow SOPs to resolve or escalate to technical support team appropriately;
  • Support internal customer communication during critical events and lead retrospective meetings;
  • Support internal customer satisfaction by improving support team quality and knowledge;
  • Support root cause investigation implementing any learnings or improvement opportunities;
  • Drive projects that improve customer experience, application process or performance with guidance;
  • Proactive plan for upcoming changes;
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders;
  • Ensure support team readiness and availability;
  • Investigate the possibilities of automation for self-service of end user support;
  • CMS monitoring, frequent failures, early warning monitoring, data analysis and escalating appropriately;
  • Monthly technical report preparation and action dispatch;
  • Power curve monitoring; Software Program upgrade and O&M Technical retrofit support

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/automation/project management;
  2. Technical experience for wind farms;
  3. Vibration, mechanical and electrical knowledge;
  4. Experience in cross-border and cross-cultural communication;
  5. Experience as an engineer;
  6. Project management experience;
  7. English and Spanish advanced;
