Your Tasks

Post-processing of incoming invoices captured by scanner
Checking invoices for completeness and correctness for VAT purposes
Supporting invoice verification by the specialist departments in the digital workflow and ensuring a smooth process
Regular training of the specialist auditors (m/f/d)
Close cooperation with Accounts Payable and Purchasing

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Nice to have: First experience in the field of auditing
Good understanding of commercial processes
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Your skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with a goal-oriented, structured and conscientious way of working
