Supporting and advising HR managers in the foreign subsidiaries
Supporting recruitment at an international level, taking into account the cultural and legal requirements of the various countries
Coordination of global recruiting tasks
Checking and ensuring compliance with local legislation in relation to cross-border employee assignments
Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and tools to increase efficiency and improve collaboration between international teams
Supporting international employee assignments and mobility, including organizational and administrative tasks
Preparation of monthly HR reports and statistics

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of HR or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in HR
Experience in an international corporate environment
IT skills: Initial experience with HR management systems
Must have: Very good knowledge of German and English
Your skills: Communicative team player (m/f/d) with the ability to act independently, work autonomously and be goal-, result- and quality-oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills as well as good presentation skills
Willingness to travel 10%
