Your main responsibilities are
- Executes field service activities, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment in accordance with maintenance and service agreements and technical specifications.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Follows established safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Interacts with customers to understand their service needs and provides solutions that meet their expectations.
- Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Collaborates with the service team and other teams to share knowledge and improve service delivery.
- Participates in continuous learning and training to stay updated with the latest technologies and service techniques.
