We are now looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères.

What you will be doing

You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As Field Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and supervises field service projects, acting as a leading technical expert in the field, planning activities, and managing resources and schedules to meet customer requirements. Conducts field audits to assess field service capabilities and operations, ensuring alignment with plans and customer expectations.
  • Provides expert technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Mentors and develops field service personnel, promoting skill enhancement and professional growth.
  • Manages communication between field location and the company to ensure up-to-date shared awareness of activities, efficient coordination and decision making.
  • Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, sharing information, identifying and resolving customer needs, and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives within the field service domain, enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. Captures lessons learned from field location to continuously improve activities.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and the set guidelines and processes during field service activities. Completes needed reporting and administrative activities.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have

  • Good experience and knowledge of field service practices and processes
  • Proficient technical knowledge of Diesel Engines and Mechanical.
  • Establish guidelines and professional knowledge to resolve operational issues.
  • Identifies, develops, and supports modifications to current field service systems, tools, and processes.
  • Provides market and operational insights.
  • Coordinates, plans and prioritizes activities of field service projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develops and maintains ongoing positive internal/external relationships relevant to own area of work. Channels and shares information and knowledge to appropriate stakeholders.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :

  • Une bonne expérience et connaissance des pratiques et processus de service sur le terrain
  • Une connaissance technique approfondie des moteurs Diesel et de la mécanique.
  • Identifier, développer et soutenir les modifications apportées aux systèmes, outils et processus actuels du Field Service.
  • Fournir des informations opérationnelles et du marché.
  • Coordonner, planifier et prioriser les activités des projets de Field service pour assurer une livraison en temps voulu.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations internes/externes continues pertinentes. Partager des informations et des connaissances avec les parties prenantes des projets.
