Für die Unterstützung unserer Abteilung Projektentwicklung suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Projektentwickler (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Berlin mit folgendem Aufgabengebiet:

Begleitung von Projekten während der gesamten Entwicklungsdauer
Projektakquise und strategische Entwicklung von Solarprojekten
Scouting und Akquise von geeigneten Flächen für PV-Freiflächenanlagen
Durchführung von Akquisitionsgesprächen und kommerziellen Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern bis zum Abschluss entsprechender Nutzungsverträge
Kommunikation mit Gemeinden und Städten zur Vorstellung von Projekten in deren Gremien
Vorbereitung von Netzanschlussanfragen, Kommunikation mit Netzbetreibern
Kostenkalkulation und Kostenkontrolle von Projektentwicklungsmaßnahmen
Koordination und Steuerung externer Planer, Gutachter und Abstimmung mit Behörden zu den Themenbereichen: Bauleitplanung, Umweltplanung, Artenschutz, Baugenehmigungsverfahren
Unterstützung bei der Vergabe und Bewertung von Fachgutachten
Kontaktpflege zu allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten (interne Projektteams, Fachplaner, Gutachter, Behörden, Grundstückeigentümer, etc.)

Ihr berufliches Know-how

Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion
Kenntnisse im Bau- und Planungsrecht
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Fundierte Kenntnisse und Anwendungserfahrung im Bau- und Planungsrecht
GIS-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert
Führerschein Klasse B
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2- Sprachniveau) und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Sehr gute Vertriebs- und Verhandlungskompetenz
Selbstbewusstes Auftreten sowie eine zuverlässige und gut organisierte ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten, flexibel und bereit zu nationalen Dienstreisen
