We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented System Administrator to help maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure and security posture. You’ll primarily be responsible for system administration tasks, while also contributing to cybersecurity improvements - to ensure a safe, stable, and high performing IT operations.

You will report directly to the Head of IT and be part of a supportive and dynamic team. Our IT team thrives on collaboration and continuous learning, there’s always room to grow, and we make sure you never do it alone.

Please note that this is an on-site position based in Hellerup, and we’re currently not able to provide relocation support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including user management, licenses, Exchange, Intune, Entra, and related tools.
  • Support and enhance the security of our IT infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT security policies and procedures.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain security tools and solutions, including SOC/MDR platforms (e.g., Cato, TrueSec).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable and secure system operations.
  • Work with centralized monitoring and management platforms (“single pane of glass”) to maintain system visibility and performance.

About you

You are a proactive and service-oriented IT professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You take pride in delivering secure, stable, and user-friendly IT solutions, and you’re always eager to learn and improve.

  • Relevant education in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar—either a university degree or vocational training (e.g., Datatekniker, IT Teknolog).
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networks, or security.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Intune, Entra, and license/user/group management.
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with SOC and MDR solutions (e.g., Cato, TrueSec, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
